STEP 1	Application	Available online.
STEP 2	Document Screening	We conduct document screening based on the applicant’s desired position. We conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the applicant’s abilities and qualifications during the document screening process and verify the accuracy of the information provided in the application.
STEP 3	Screening Interview	Interviews are conducted to evaluate the basic knowledge, skills, and aptitude necessary for the role. Executive interviews focus on assessing overall qualities, including core competencies, general knowledge, values, and personality.
STEP 4	Successful Candidates	Applicants who successfully passed all stages of the process will be individually notified.
