Purpose

  • Jig shape reliability testing
  • Using a vacuum state lowers the evaporation or sublimation temperature of substances, and this property of the vacuum state is applied for operation. The methods of applying heat for evaporation or sublimation in a vacuum are highly stable.
  • It is used to completely separate solvents from substances containing moisture or other solvents without causing changes in the substance's state (such as cooking or decomposition).
  • It is used to remove all moisture or residual solvents from compounds in powder or resin form, leaving the compound fully dried.

Stable Vacuum Maintenance & Safe Door Structure

  • PID Auto-tuning controller
    Automatically adjusts PID values according to the surrounding environment, allowing precise temperature control. Digital LED or LCD (Option).
  • Interlock System - In case of artificial or natural errors or malfunctions, the safety system will automatically prevent the experiment from proceeding, providing self-defense. 
  • Fail safe - In the event of a malfunction, the safety operation device automatically cuts off power supplied to various parts and remains in standby mode with only the grounding connected. This function enhances user safety by protecting against potential hazards. 
  • The structure is optimized for heat transfer in a vacuum state, primarily through conduction. Therefore, the temperature sensor for control is positioned along the heat conduction path, enabling more precise temperature control. The door is designed with a handle for easy opening and closing.

Temperature Uniformity (Test report & Graph)

  • This is the test result for the VO-216 model.
  • The test was conducted for 24 hours with the set temperature at 140°C.
  • To verify the accurate temperature distribution inside the chamber, a 9-point temperature sensor setup was used for the test.
  • After the device stabilized, a uniform temperature distribution was observed.
