Stable Vacuum Maintenance & Safe Door Structure

  • PID Auto-tuning Programmable Controller
    Auto-tuning : The PID values are automatically adjusted according to the surrounding environment, enabling precise temperature control (Touchscreen Monitor option). 
  • Confuguration
    ① The oven is highly durable, even for drying solvents and corrosive substances.
    ② The corners are designed in a round shape, making cleaning easy.
    ③ The shelves are made of stainless steel, offering excellent heat transfer, durability, and corrosion resistance.
    ④ The door has a double structure with reinforced glass, allowing visibility of the interior.
    ⑤ The glass door design minimizes resistance when closing due to the packing, ensuring easy closure and a secure vacuum seal. (Easy interior observation)
    ⑥ The packing is made of high-temperature grade silicon material, providing excellent sealing performance (can maintain up to 0.1 torr at 20°C ambient temperature).
    ⑦ The vacuum line and vacuum release line are separated, and the vacuum line has a digital vacuum fitting, allowing quick and precise vacuum settings.
    ⑧ The use of a high-quality valve allows for adjustable vacuum release speed, gradually introducing air to prevent powder sample dispersion. The structure prevents damage to the valve when air is introduced and discharged.
    ⑨ A vacuum oil backflow prevention solenoid valve is installed to prevent contamination of the chamber interior by vacuum oil (Standard).
    ⑩ A digital vacuum controller and Pirani gauge enable setting the vacuum level in cycles (Option).
    ⑪ The over-temperature limit system automatically cuts off power in case of overheating, ensuring fire prevention and safe operation.
