Purpose

  • By utilizing a vacuum state, the evaporation or sublimation temperature of substances decreases, allowing for the manipulation of these properties in a vacuum. Methods that apply latent heat of evaporation or sublimation in a vacuum are very stable.
  • It is used when trying to completely separate solvents from substances without causing changes in their state (such as boiling or decomposition), especially for substances containing moisture or other solvents.
  • It is used when wanting to remove all residual moisture or solvents from powdered or resin-based compounds, leaving them in a completely dry state.


Feature

Stable Vacuum Maintenance & Safe Door Structure

  • PID Auto-tuning controller
  • Automatically adjusts PID values based on the surrounding environment for precise temperature control. Digital LED or LCD (Option).

  • Interlock System - In the event of human error or malfunction, the safety system automatically prevents further operation to protect the process.
  • Fail safe - If a malfunction occurs, the system automatically cuts off power to various parts and leaves only the grounding connection, ensuring user safety by protecting against potential hazards.
  • The structure is optimized for heat transfer in a vacuum, primarily through conduction. The temperature sensor is positioned along the heat conduction path, allowing for more precise temperature control. The door is equipped with an easy-to-use handle for convenient opening and closing.

  • This is the test result for the IVO-64 model.
  • Set temperature 140℃ for 24 hours testing.
  • To verify the precise temperature distribution inside the chamber, 9-point temperature sensors were used during the test.
  • After device stabilization, a uniform temperature distribution was observed.
